Our classic Basque cheesecake has a soft and creamy inside, with a caramelized exterior. It does not contain gluten and is topped with fresh berries which adds a beautiful contrast to the rich interior.
Chocolate Amaretto is gluten free and contains Almond Liquor, a chocolate ganache topping and toasted sliced almonds.
Mixed Berry is gluten free and is swirled with raspberry jam, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
