This cake contains the following flour substitutes:
- Corn Flour
- Rice Flour
- Brown Rice Flour
- Tapioca Starch
- Potato Starch
- Xanthan Gum
While this cake does not contain wheat flour, we cannot fully guarantee a gluten free product as our facility uses wheat flour. This cake is not able to be made vegan.
